Where are you shipping from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Atlanta, Georgia. Zip Code: 30168
What shipping method do you use
For shipping within the US, we use FedEx Ground Shipping.
Do you require a signature for package delivery?
We require a signature for orders over $200 or if, based on the shipping address, we deem it unsafe to leave the package unattended.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders placed during weekdays are shipped within 24 hours after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is shipped out of our warehouse, the estimated delivery time is determined based on the delivery location. You can estimate the shipping to your state here: www.fedex.com/grd/maps/ShowMapEntry.do.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link where you can track your order. If you haven’t received an email, please contact us at help@cciworld.com
Are there any additional fees upon delivery?
There are no additional fees if you are ordering within the US. For the shipping policy of another region, please navigate to the FAQ of that country.
Do you have free shipping?
Yes, on all orders over $100. On order below $100, the shipping fee is $7.99
Can I make changes to an order that has already been placed?
Once your order is shipped, you can no longer add or remove items from it.
Can I modify my shipping address if the order has already shipped?
If you want to change the shipping address once the order is already shipped, please contact us at help@cciworld.com within 48 hours after order’s confirmation. Otherwise, we won’t be able to modify it.

Do I need to be a Coral Club member to place an order?
No, you can buy our products without becoming a club member, however you have to indicate the CCI ID of the club member, who recommended our products to you. This is done so that we can reward that club member for their recommendation.
