Returns and refunds

Items in good condition
  • Returns of items in good condition can be done for a full refund, less:  
    • Orders where Shipping & Handling was charged to the customer
    • Cost of Shipping & Handling
    • Orders where Shipping & Handling was free to the customer
    • A 10% restocking fee may apply to some returns at the discretion of Coral Club.

    The customer has up to 15 calendar days from the date of receiving the product to inform CORAL CLUB of the desire to return it. Once CORAL CLUB agrees to accept the return, CORAL CLUB will issue to the customer an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization). The product must be returned in marketable condition (unopened, unaltered and resaleable) as determined by the Company. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to CORAL CLUB. The customer must ship the product through a form of delivery that can be traced (e.g., FedEx or UPS)

  • The tracking number must be provided to CORAL CLUB
  • The product must be received within fourteen (14) calendar days of contacting the Company for USA
  • The product must be received within twenty-one (21) calendar days of contacting the Company for Canada
  • The customer must clearly indicate on the box the RMA#, otherwise CORAL CLUB will not be able to determine to whom the refund should be provided
  • CORAL CLUB will only provide a refund once we receive the product and verify that it is in marketable condition
  • Defective items
  • CORAL CLUB will determine if the product is indeed defective
  • CORAL CLUB may request photo/video evidence and/or that the product is shipped back to CORAL CLUB before a decision is made
  • CORAL CLUB will determine whether shipment can be pre-paid or if the customer should pay for shipment, to be reimbursed later (if the product is deemed to be defective)
  • The customer has up to 15 days from the date of receiving the product to inform CORAL CLUB (in writing) that the product is defective
  • If it appears that the damage was done in transit by the shipping company, it is the customers responsibility to cooperate with CORAL CLUB in filing a claim with the shipping company
  • Once CORAL CLUB determines that the product is indeed damaged, CORAL CLUB will at its discretion choose to exchange the product or provide a refund, including the cost of shipping, if applicable.
  • CORAL CLUB reserves the right to exchange for the same or analogous product, as determined by the company
  • Not accepted orders

    The Company may charge a fee of $10 for shipments refused at the point of delivery

    Non-returnable items

    All products sold at a discounted price or as part of a promotion are considered Final Sale and are not returnable unless damaged or defective.

    All returns are at the sole discretion of the Company.
    All refunds are provided strictly to the person who made payment and in same method that payment was made.
